I aim to empower you to follow a "clean", balanced diet. This will consist of low GI carbohydrates, in the correct pattern, ensuring enough protein and healthy fats. Following this healthy balanced diet will burn off fat and help you to build muscle.

Then I also aim to empower you to train effectively. Interval cardiovascular training to burn off fat; Weight training (confidently) to build muscle for sculpting your physique the way you want it.

The central aim is to lead a healthy lifestyle (by following this healthy diet and by exercising effectively). You wil be healthier, fitter and stronger. When you do this consistently it makes your body an unpleasent place for fat and you will be building metabolically active muscle! You will see your body being sculpted into what you want it to be.

Please take note that this is not a "quick-fix" approach and that I only advise the use of basic supplements.


This is however effective and I endeavour to help you achieve your goals in the most time effective and sustainable manner.
